St. Marksmen Shooting Group Registration Form

This new St. Mark affinity group will meet once a month on a Saturday at Family Shooting Academy. Times may vary. Due to limited space, registration is required to attend! No registration = no range time.

Please complete this registration form in advance. This ensures we can manage headcount and maintain our commitment to safety and preparedness.

(We cannot guarantee the range will have a lane for you, and you will pay regular range rates if you do not register).

3. Answer a few brief safety screening questions (required each month, even for returning participants).
4. You’ll receive confirmation once your spot is secured.
