About Meal Train Railroad
Some people say acts of service is their love language. Around here, we like to say sometimes the real love language is casseroles. When life gets busy or difficult, a home cooked meal can say “we care about you” in a powerful way. Our goal is simple: let’s take something off your plate by putting something on your plate.
Meal Train Railroad is a ministry of care that helps deliver meals to individuals and families in our church during seasons of need. When someone welcomes a new baby, recovers from surgery, faces long term illness, or walks through a difficult time, this group organizes volunteers to provide meals and practical support.
Just like train cars connected along a track, each person signs up for a day to bring a meal, forming a steady “train” of care that carries people through challenging seasons. Through these small acts of kindness and hospitality, we share Christ’s love with one another.
If you would like to serve by providing meals, you can sign up when needs arise. If you or someone you know could benefit from a Meal Train, please contact the Meal Train Coordinator to request one.
